After doing a basement secondary unit, then a garage reconstruction, we were lucky enough to do a full rehabilitation of the main floor and exterior.
We worked with the client's son, a contractor, to incorporate salvaged materials, such as the marble stair treads from an old San Francisco library. New cabinets throughout harmonize with but don't replicate the old built-ins, and careful use of color makes everything shine with good cheer.
